More About Historical Reporting

From the moment of installation, DataVault™ records all desktop activity. From this data, historical reports can be pulled for usage analysis, documentation, purchasing decisions, legal protection and simply understanding how your computer desktops are used. DataVault™ comes with pre-designed reports, a data-mining feature and the ability to download the information into spreadsheets for your own customized reporting.

Advantages of DataVault™ Reports

  • Each reporting function can be accessed by computer, user, application, department or network-wide. If you know one component, you can find the rest.
  • All reporting can be viewed two ways:
    1. By accessing the information through a web browser with authentication
    2. By automatic emails to the individual it concerns
  • When applicable, reports can be viewed either numerically or in full color graphs.
  • The "Drill Down" feature allows the user to slice and dice the information to be as specific or general as needed.
  • DataVault™ information is completely secure, providing documentation for remediation, compliance and legal protection.
